Soul runners is the ELITE freestyle running team in the Battle Ground metropolitan area. We started as distance runners trying to make our workouts fun, and ended up creating living the lifestyle of freestyle runners. We are called the soul runners because our tricks display our inner soul. or something like that. actually, i am not really sure why it is called that...

9/5/05- ripped it up in lewisville park from 5-6:30 bizatches


9/3/05- NEW TEAM MEMBER: STEVEN CONNER!


8/31/05- a new season of xc is upon us, which is prime time for soulrunning. we should get some filming done. Also, now that joe casa is gone and his army either dissipiated or changed faiths, we are searching for a new enemy. also we will recruit a few new members...


7/21/05- mmmmmmmm eggo waffles are good! lego my eggo! and contruction continues......


7/20/05- after a month cease fire, the war is back on with joe.

also, if i can get the crew together filming should start. and i guess derek wants to join.


also, construction began on a  new, improved, and bitchin' site. Stay tuned for even more features!
